Services for School Districts
Short Term Leave Coverage (Medical/Maternity Leave)
We, at Limitless Youth - School Psychological Services LLC, are fully prepared and equipped to provide extensive coverage for School Psychologists who may be on short-term leave, for a maximum duration of 16 weeks. Our comprehensive coverage extends to on-site services, which are contracted on a daily basis and invoiced at a per diem rate determined by the nature and extent of the services rendered.
These services encompass a wide range and can be tailored to meet any or all specific needs of the school, students, and staff of the following: assessment/evaluation, report writing, consultation with teams, participation on MTSS/RtI teams, facilitation of ETR/504 meetings, chairing suspected disability meetings/parent meetings, small group counseling with preplanned materials/curriculum. Additional services can be discussed as needed. Leave coverage includes consultation with the School Psychologist prior to and following the leave.
Evaluation Only Coverage
If you don't require comprehensive School Psychologist services, we have a convenient evaluation-only option. This option includes either basic psychoeducational evaluations, which consist of standardized achievement and cognitive assessment, or full psychoeducational evaluations that involve additional components such as background information, observations, record review, standardized achievement and cognitive assessment, rating scales, and more as part of an Evaluation Team Report (ETR).
Throughout the evaluation process, we provide consultation with the team before, during, and after the evaluation, and allocate 1.5 hours for the ETR meeting. Our evaluation services also include case management. The pricing for evaluations is determined per evaluation and may vary based on the complexity of the evaluation. We offer discounts for school districts that contract 5 or more evaluations. In addition, we offer Section 504 evaluation coverage on an as-needed basis.
